Cancellation Policy

We offer 4 cleaning levels: 1. Regular Cleaning – Light maintenance. 2. Deep Cleaning – Detailed work (baseboards, appliances, buildup). 3. Double Deep Cleaning – Extra intensive for neglected spaces. 4. Heavy-Duty Cleaning – Trash, odors, or abandoned conditions (custom pricing). ⚠️ If the home’s condition doesn’t match the quoted level, price will be adjusted on-site. 🕒 Arrival window: Our team may arrive within 1 hour of your scheduled time. ⌛ Waiting time: If access is delayed, we charge $30/hour per cleaner. ❌ Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice incur a $50 fee (non-refundable).
