2) What’s the difference between Standard Cleaning and Deep Cleaning? Deep Cleaning includes everything in a standard cleaning plus extra detail on buildup and hard-to-reach areas (baseboards, doors/frames, detailed bathroom/kitchen areas, and more—based on your selected add-ons and checklist).
3) Do you bring your own supplies and equipment? Yes, we bring our own cleaning supplies and tools. If you prefer specific products, you can leave them out and let us know.
4) How long does a cleaning take? Time depends on the size and condition of the home and the selected service (standard, deep, move-out, add-ons). After you book, we can confirm an estimated time window.
5) Do I need to be home during the cleaning? No. Many clients provide entry instructions (lockbox, smart lock, or key). We’ll message you when we arrive and when we finish.
6) Do you clean inside the fridge, oven, cabinets, or do laundry? These are available as add-ons depending on the job. Select them during booking (or text us) and we’ll confirm pricing and availability.
